Workaround: Make sure you update to the latest AJA driver. Issue: AJA desktop preview is not drawing properly during capture after updating to Premiere Pro 14.0.Then to persist the layout, save the project. Workaround: Use "reset to saved layout", which places the panel correctly. Upgrade to Windows 10 (build 1903) or later. Workaround: Close and restart the Premiere Pro application.
Workaround: Try transcoding the files using a third party app and then import the transcoded files in Premiere Pro. Resolution: Update the NVIDIA drivers on your system to the latest ones for your system. Issue: If you are running Premiere Pro 15.2 on a Windows laptop with an NVIDIA GPU device and you have NVIDIA drivers which are out of date, you might experience instability during application launch or during your editing workflow.Undocking the Lumetri Panel can also prevent it from shifting back to the dimmed state.
This makes the Lumetri Scopes UI update to the expected brightness level and it remains at that brightness until its panel is moved behind another panel. Or toggle on and off the Comparison View in the Program Monitor. Workaround: Click on a video thumbnail in the Project Panel or Media Browser. This happens when the Display Color Management preference is enabled and the Windows Display Setting option of Use HDR is set to On.
